Having unrivalled experience and expertise in the Clinical Homecare market, I now work with the pharmaceutical industry to provide advisory or fully outsourced services to evaluate, procure and implement Clinical Homecare services.

Clinical Homecare & Patient Support Programmes:

I have over 15 years’ experience working as a senior manager in the Clinical Homecare industry. I have been the operational and pharmacy lead for the UK’s largest Homecare provider and in recent years conceived and built a new Homecare provider from scratch, differentiated by quality and innovation. I have designed and delivered effective and cost-efficient Homecare Services and Patient Support Programmes for numerous pharmaceutical products across multiple therapy areas.

I have a deep understanding of the tendering (RFP) process for Homecare Services and can provide fully outsourced solutions for the pharmaceutical industry.

​

I understand the needs of the patient, the NHS and the pharmaceutical company, as well as understanding the capabilities and limitations of the homecare providers.

​

I also have a detailed understanding of the requirements for pharmacovigilance reporting and surveillance.  

​

I have been a registered Pharmacist for over 30 years, and have been a board member of the National Clinical Homecare Association for a number of years as well as chairing their Finance Work Group.

Reproductive Health:

​

I have a special interest in the Fertility market having delivered services to Fertility Clinics and related providers since 2004. I managed Healthcare at Home’s Fertility Homecare service until 2011, and in 2014 launched the Stork Fertility Service. By early 2019 the Stork service accounted for over 70% of the UK’s Fertility Homecare market and was working with more than 100 prescribing centres in the UK and Europe.
